Titolo del Pitch:
New molecular medicine study center: the research opportunity that could change medicine, now more possible than ever
Pitch 1:

The "Defenders of Naples" team from the Enrico Caruso Institute's 5C class is monitoring the creation of a "new molecular medicine study center" in Naples, a project of significant importance for diagnostics and medicine. Originating from directorial decree n.254/Ric. of May 18, 2011, the project commenced under the SDN Foundation for Research and Higher Education in Nuclear Diagnostics and the Italian Institute of Technology Foundation - IIT. Its aim is to establish a joint study center. Initially planned from 01/07/2010 to 31/07/2015, the project is ongoing. Financially, there are no issues, with most payments completed (€9,777,161.27 out of €10,863,512.52 total cost). ASOC Wall link: https://padlet.com/antoniosaraco05/asoc-wall-ntyjf3whij5f3r37

Pitch 2:

Our team pursued a research strategy to gauge public sentiment and gather opinions on the proposed molecular medicine study center. Through statistical investigation and interviews, we found that 65% supported the project, citing its potential scientific advancement, economic benefits, and ethical experimentation. However, 35% expressed skepticism, highlighting concerns about high costs, competition with existing research centers, funding and staffing shortages, and environmental risks like radiation exposure and pollution. To overcome these challenges, we propose partnerships with academic and corporate entities, funding through research projects, staff training enhancements, and collaboration with the local health system to align center activities with community needs.

Pitch 3:

The "Defenders of Naples" team is committed to realizing this vital project to enhance public health, our most cherished asset. Monitoring efforts will persist through ongoing data collection via interviews and surveys, to gauge community and expert perceptions. Regular review of project objectives and timelines maintains relevance and feasibility. Tracking progress and evaluating center performance post-launch ensures sustained success. Assessing social and economic impact on the local community and revisiting risk management strategies are integral to sustainability. These measures assure effective control and optimal project management. Your support is crucial; united, we are the voice of the people, and together, we will realize this project for the good of all of us.
