Cohesion Policy for the high-school students

Pitch

Titolo del Pitch:
Risk and Rebirth
Pitch 1:

We students of IIS Enrico Fermi, together with our teachers, feel strongly involved in the issue of seismic adaptation. In fact, we live in an area with a high seismic and hydrogeological risk. There are many events of this kind that have taken place in our territory. The first that comes to mind is the terrible earthquake that occurred on November 23 in Irpinia in 1980 but also the landslide that occurred in San Martino Valle Caudina on December 22, 2019.

Pitch 2:

The funding received from the municipality of San Martino Valle Caudina and used for civic purposes for the seismic adaptation of the Don Milani infrastructure, resulted in the creation of a stronger sense of community fully trusting in an authority who managed citizens' expectations to perfection.

Pitch 3:

We from the ASOC team hope that these funds can be used for the adaptation of similar and strategically important structures such as the town hall and the church of San Giovanni Battista, located in the historic center.

Taking advantage of interviews and a continuous relationship with the public administration, we intend to continue the civic monitoring of funding.
