Our analysis of the STARSCAPE project reveals a groundbreaking program that aims to redefine Lombardy's use of satellite technology. STARSCAPE supported the NOCTUA project, which intends to revolutionize hazard forecasting, resource management, and urban design. The initiative was motivated by the necessity for thorough monitoring of the region. We show how NOCTUA can help Lombardy become a leader in space technology by offering creative answers to societal problems via thorough data analysis and economic assessment.

Our STARSCAPE team has endured many difficulties, encountering significant phases throughout our research and interviews. The lead engineers from D-Orbit said numerous incredible things that the NOCTUA project can do, but none compare to the value of the following, which we consider the most important aspects: the cost-efficiency ratio, the accessibility to its data on a private level and the objective of the satellite itself. We also think that a significant part of our research was underlining the importance of satellites when it comes to natural disaster predictions and urban planning, and with satellites like NOCTUA, we truly believe the world can be a safer place.

We understand the importance of the STARSCAPE project and the positive impact it can have on the residents of Lombardy.
