Our research focused on the CUP E89F17000230001 project, a significant example of public investment monitoring in Italy. Funded by the European Union and the Rotation Fund, the project received €145,321.80, with payments amounting to €33,175.20 as of 31/10/2023. Our data analysis revealed patterns and trends in the funding and execution of the project, which ran from 29/10/2019 to 26/08/2021. The project aimed to improve key skills of students in Cosenza, reflecting the importance of education in today’s society.
