At the School of OpenCohesion goes on: this week the second edition of the ASOC educational path in Croatia has started!
This year the Ministry for Regional Development and European Funds, which coordinates the ASOC project in Croatia, has selected 10 schools among the many that have joined the first public call for Croatian high schools, launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Science.
The inaugural event (link to the video), in which the Italian ASOC team also took part, was attended by several Croatian national authorities, including the Minister for Regional Development Nataša Tramišak, the Minister of Labor, Family and Social Policies Josip Aladrović, the Director of the Office for Non-Governmental Organizations of the Republic of Croatia Helena Beus, the Director of the Ministry of Education Vesna Šerepac, the Head of the EU Representation in Croatia Ognian Zlatev.
Then, the staff of ASOC Croatia kicked off Lesson 1 with a webinar specifically dedicated to the teachers of the participating schools, who in these days are transferring the teaching contents and homework to the students, to whom we wish good luck!
At the School of OpenCohesion is promoted by the European Commission - DG REGIO among the Member States that took part in the 2019-2020 experimentation.
