Our first step consisted in choosing our name and the logo for the project. We then started looking for data and after analyzing them the analysts catalogued them so that all the groups could work on the collected data. Our main objectives are to understand how the funds were invested in the historical center and how the city and its citizens have drawn any advantage from them. We also want to monitor how these funds might have helped improve the services for the town dwellers. The project aims to improve the livability of the inhabitants, of the business owners and of the visitors in the historical center. It was implemented when €210265,95 were deposited by the EU on 18/12/2015, so multiple assets were added from the Fund for Development and Cohesion in 2016: €209988,06 on September 19th, then €181816,54, on 27th. Finally on 30th of the same month €6073,86 were granted. The Project was concluded on November 1st, after €12005,28 were deposited. Consequently the total cost monitored amounted to €620149,19. Moreover, the project began on the same day that was planned and was completed before due time the expected date: 20/05/2016.
