On Thursday 10 March 2022 OpenCoesione/ASOC Team intervened as active participant in the event organized by Regional School of Public Administration - ReSPA as part of the cooperation with the OGP secretariat (Open Government Partnership) with the aim of facilitating and increasing the knowledge of public servants on Open Data topics in the OGP context and in the framework of digitalization of public services (here the detailed Agenda).

The peer exchange meeting is also attended by the OGP representatives, Director General of the Register of Companies of the Republic of Latvia and other experts working on Open Data in the Public Administrations of the Western Balkan countries (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia).

In particular, the interventions of OpenCoesione and ASOC are dedicated to the presentation of the initiatives as examples of good practices in which the open data are closely linked to participation and accountability, and therefore to civic impact. Not surprisingly, the title of the intervention is "OpenCoesione - open data ensuring participation and accountability for making social impact".

OpenCoesione from the beginning of the activity has based its work on 3 pillars of the OGP: transparency, participation and collaboration between all actors involved in cohesion policy.

The intervention proceeded with a focus on the initiatives for the open data reuse and civic participation ASOC & Monithon and in particular on how civic monitoring initiatives carried out by the young people may contribute to strengthening knowledge of cohesion policies and the funds that finance it in the territories, enable new transversal skills for the data analysis, communication and statistics, strengthen the education system, connect local communities in the process of measuring the impact of cohesion policies.
