Titolo del Pitch:
Stecca,The Right Place for Gen Z
Pitch 1:

https://prezi.com/p/edit/gp56uwxkwgzt/ On the portal www.opencoesione.gov, last November we searched
projects aiming at requalification in Campania and in our town. So we
chose to monitor Stecca,a business incubator,to check its impact on the
area. We discovered that it had been used as a corn mill, then it has
undergone functional changes since 1945. The architectural
REQUALIFICATION of the structure dates back to 2013 when the
Municipality of Torre del Greco received funds from the European
Regional Development Fund for the programming period 2007-13.
Finally the project was completed in 2015. Thus we entitled our project
The right place for Gen Z and drew a mill in the logo that is the symbol
of CULTURAL HERITAGE, linked to our town.

Pitch 2:

The project had started on the 7th July 2013 and finished on the 14th
December 2015.The PRIORITY was to promote Social inclusion and
services for territorial attractiveness. In 2017 Municipality had launched a
call to create a business incubator inside Stecca. The European Fund
has helped the requalification, to promote local arts and crafts, especially
linked to the Coral and cameo production. For this reason the purpose of
Municipality was to unify “old and new”. The name of our team and
social account originates from the ”old mills” Marzoli and the “young mills” symbol of the Gen Z, past and present together. To start our
exploration the team visited Stecca premises, the Co-bar meeting point,
the startups, an infopoint. As regards sustainability the building is
provided with solar panels.

Pitch 3:

First, more funds are needed to complete the whole area and to
implement new technological systems in order to foster green energy
and make seawater cleaner. Safer places all around the Stecca building
should be restored and sanitized by the Municipality, to create an eco-
friendly environment,so tourism and lifestyle for local inhabitants could
improve a lot. Secondly, an informative campaign should be launched.
Schools might take active part in Stecca's events, aimed at students
training .A promotional idea might be to arrange temporary exhibitions,
street markets for special events, interactive games and competitions to
attract the citizens of all ages.
