STEP 6 - PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND TEAM BUILDING

This step introduces some soft skills: Project Management, or how to manage a project, the organizational steps and the tools that can be used in order to complete the planned activities; Team Building, that is the importance of defining the roles and planning the activities of the team to have a cohesive group that is able to achieve the set objectives.
