Titolo del Pitch:
Monitoring the Calore River Park Project: Bridging Community, Tourism, and Environmental Sustainability
Pitch 1:

We chose to monitor the Calore River Park project in line with our studies at the Professional Institute for Enogastronomy and Hospitality Services and our strong connection to the local community. Through analysis of open online data, interviews with municipal leaders, and consultation of journalistic articles, we sought prospective answers to crucial questions: What will be the social and economic impacts of the project's realization in our province? What synergies and conditions are necessary to ensure its success? What are the critical issues and potentials of the territory? And what should be the role of citizens?

Pitch 2:

With funding from the 2014-2020 programming cycle, the Calore River Park project was initiated. As a civic monitoring team, we shared our ideas on social media, enriched by photos, videos, and interviews with public institutions, citizens, and tourism industry entrepreneurs. We will continue to support these ideas on our website and propose them to institutions. Some of the proposals include promoting the territory of the Calore Valley as a tourist destination, greater oversight of project completion, availability of accommodations and dining facilities to welcome tourists, organizing events to promote the territory and local products, and utmost commitment to environmental and biodiversity preservation.

Pitch 3:

The Calore River Park project that we monitored has deeply excited us. The future creation of the park will provide a strong identity to local residents through the enhancement of cultural, enogastronomic, and traditional aspects of the territory, while becoming a tourist attraction for various market segments, thanks to the visibility provided by the web. Our team is emotionally connected to this project and intends to follow its evolution over time to understand its actual impact on the future of the territory. After the experience with ASOC, for us, following the project means not only gathering information but also acting as a megaphone for this wonderful reality through our social channels and organizing new discussion tables among the various components of the local community.
